Our return & refund policy allows customers to return items. The item should be returned within 40 days of receipt, in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging unopened. All return requests require a valid proof of purchase. To start returning an item, contact the customer service team at info@himalayanshilajit.com, who will ensure that the return instructions follow. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. We will contact you for an acceptance or rejection of your refund upon the receipt and processing of the returned item. In case we accept your refund, we automatically apply a refund to the original method of payment, which we do within 10 business days; however, your bank or credit card company may process this faster than others. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was accepted and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@himalayanshilajit.com. Please note that the following are not returnable: expired items, bulk purchases, customized orders, personal hygiene products, and sale items. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for resolution. We recommend that they return the current product and order the new item for exchange purposes.
