Returns within 40 days

Our return and refund policy allows customers to return items within 40 days of receipt, in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging unopened. All return requests require a valid proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact our customer service team at info@himalayanshilajit.com and we will send you return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your returned item, we will contact you to confirm whether your refund is accepted. Accepted refunds are applied to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was accepted and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@himalayanshilajit.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve it. For exchanges, we recommend returning the current product and placing a new order for the item you want.
