Shilajit Extraction

Shilajit extraction
How we extract and purify Himalayan shilajit
We do not manufacture shilajit, we preserve it. Nature forms the resin over centuries; our job is to bring it from the rock to the jar without destroying what makes it valuable.
From rock to resin
Our traditional process, step by step
Each batch takes around 60 to 75 days to prepare. There is no industrial heat at any stage.
High-altitude collection
Local highland collectors gather raw shilajit by hand from rock faces above 17,000 ft in Gilgit-Baltistan, where the Himalaya, Karakoram and Hindu Kush meet.
Rock grading
Our team grades the raw rock at the mountain and records the collection area, so every batch stays traceable.
Water filtration
The raw rock is dissolved in glacier and spring water, then filtered to remove stones, soil and other impurities.
Plant-based purification
Purification follows traditional methods using plant materials such as moringa and triphala, with no chemical solvents.
Extended sun-drying
The purified resin is slowly dried by the sun on our glass drying deck, with temperature checked throughout.
Independent testing
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory before it is packed in glass jars.

Why patience matters
Slow methods keep the whole resin intact
Fast industrial drying saves time, but it changes the resin. Sun-drying takes weeks, so we watch over every tray by hand until the resin reaches the right texture.
The result is whole-matrix resin with its naturally occurring trace minerals and fulvic compounds, prepared the way it has been for generations.
Open doors
Come and see it for yourself
Every year, brand owners and buyers from abroad visit our site to watch the extraction and purification process in person. We believe the best proof of quality is letting people see it happen.
